• Subscription: Unlimited access to all features

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

• Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once used
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you retain access until the end of the billing period
• Refund requests for technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETHERARCANA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Consumers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

EU consumers: credits and subscriptions are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you ask us to start delivery at once and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins, as set out in our Refund Policy.
